Look, at least you aren't crying over children's songs.

/just sobbed bitter tears over "Puff the Magic Dragon"

At least there's that. You should throw a poem you like at me while I have you here.

I don't think I've ever watched that show. (It was a show, right?)

It's not a show; it's a song. Look it up sometime.

I'm nobody! Who are you?
Are you nobody, too?
Then there ’s a pair of us—don’t tell!
They ’d banish us, you know.

How dreary to be somebody!
How public, like a frog
To tell your name the livelong day
To an admiring bog!

I've heard a bit of it, but it was accompanied by a cartoon with a large dragon and, I think, some children. It was on TV, but I wasn't paying it much mind.
And now I have looked it up. Huh.

Oh! Okay, previous generalization redacted. That's very cute.

XDD No, that was Dudley the Dragon, I think. I remember it too-- there were talking robins and stuff, right?

The song itself is unrelated, I think. It's... it's very sad :< Cute, but sad.

I know, right? I think Dickinson is given a bad rap-- her more 'famous' works tend to be melancholy and, to be fair, more of her work is sad than happy, but there's a couple poems by her that are cute or even sort of... sly, you know? Poking fun at people and the world c:
