I was either ten or eleven. My aunt gave it to me, and I didn't understand a lot of it and I think I skimmed some sections of it, but I did read it all the way through. I was a super advanced reader I guess. I'm making up for it now with all the YA and comics I read.
If it helps at all I can remember hardly anything about the book now other than 1. I loved it 2. threesomes 3. incest.
