There are a lot of hints at lots of different pairings, though. It's hard to pin any particular one as canon. Except maybe Ichigo and Rukia.

Shunsui/Nanao is so cute ^^. It's a bit like UraIshi. Chad doesn't get any canon-ish het pairings? Or is he also kind of with GWOH?

Naming all the possible pairings is... not even possible. o_o Unless you want to spend ages. And then you probably need to use math.
